Acute Pain Nurse of the Year

Who in your team shines brightest? Who is the most enthusiastic educator? Who inspires the more junior staff? Who ploughs through the audit data so that the rest of the hospital can see what amazing work your team does? Who provides support and wisdom? Who is a rising star?

 

Acute Pain Consultant of the Year

Who raises the profile of pain in your trust? Who can be guaranteed to provide support? Who negotiates with surgeons, guides the anaesthetists and manages the managers? Who teaches, inspires, leads and is a mine of pain information?

 

Acute Pain Team of the Year

Why is your team the best? What have you achieved, overcome or initiated? Are you just nicer than everyone else and work together well to create a unique team dynamic? Why are you a model team, one for others to follow?

 

Allied Health Professional of the Year

Who goes the extra mile as an allied health professional and works closely with the pain teams to deliver great patient care? Who should be recognised as a great asset to the profession? Who has worked hard to broaden the multidisciplinary nature of our specialty?

 

Pain Trainee Professional of the Year

Who is excelling in patient care, hitting milestones and destined for a bright future whilst still a trainee? Who has impressed the team, working collaboratively with colleagues during their rotation with you? We are looking for the future leaders in Pain Management.

 

Pain Initiative of the Year

How has your service innovated and excelled this year? Tell us why your new initiative/way of engaging with patients/improvements in patient care is the best. Which service is inspiring and embracing change in Pain Management?
