Please Read Our Terms & Conditions Before Registering for NAPS 24

  • We are unable to accept any registrations without prepayment

  • All delegate places must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event. Your attendance at the event is not confirmed until payment is received and you may be refused entry.

  • We are encouraging online registrations and all payments should be made online. This policy has been introduced due to non payment by previous delegates. If you do require an invoice a £50 admin fee will be applied to registrations.

  • If you require funding to attend the event from your Trust or a third party stakeholder, please ensure this is in place and has been fully authorised before registering.

  • Receipts will only be issued on request as you should receive an automated confirmation and receipt of your booking

  • Joining instructions will be issued only to delegates in advance where payment has been received to confirm their registration.

  • Please carefully consider your booking options before deciding to confirm your registration.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the event that the National Acute Pain Symposium has to cancel the event, delegates will offered a full refund for their registration. If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to

  • A refund of 85% will be given for cancellations received on or before 1 June 2024

  • A refund of 50% will be given for cancellations received on or before 1 July 2024

  • A refund of 25% will be given for cancellations received on or before 1 August 2024

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the event, nor failure to attend

  • If you have booked to attend live and are required to self isolate, which means you can no longer attend, we will transfer your booking to a virtual registration and refund 50% of the difference in the booking. 

Force Majeure : Cloud 9 Event Management Ltd, who operate the National Acute Pain Symposium, shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control. 

What are the Booking Options?


Join us virtually and still have the opportunity to engage online. Virtual registration is for two days only.

Nurses £200 | Doctors £380

All Inclusive

Join us live for two days, and this option includes refreshments, lunch on both days - plus the NAPS Social on the Thursday evening, with dinner, an overnight stay and breakfast on the Friday.

Nurses £400 | Doctors £550


Join us live for either one or both days, and this option also includes refreshments and lunch.

Nurses One Day Live £200 | Two Days Live £300

Doctors One Day Live £380 | Two Days Live 480

All Inclusive Plus

This option is the same as all inclusive but also provides an additional overnight stay on the Wednesday evening & breakfast Thursday morning.

Nurses £500 | Doctors £650

Nurses Share & Save All Inclusive & All Inclusive Plus

As above but with a twin room allowing Nurses to share a room.

All Inclusive £350 Each | All Inclusive Plus £425 Each

If you are unable to pay online, using one of several payment gateways, we can invoice a Trust, but this incurs an additional £50 administration fee. Please contact us for details.
