Before registering to attend NAPS 2021, please take a moment to read the terms and conditions as set out below and by registering you are agreeing to abide by these terms.
We are unable to accept any registrations without prepayment
All delegate places must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event. Your attendance at the event is not confirmed until payment is received and you may be refused entry.
If you require funding to attend the event from your Trust or a third party stakeholder, please ensure this is in place and has been fully authorised before registering, as we are not responsible for chasing authorisations or purchase orders on your behalf.
All registrations must be made online and no off line or manual registrations will be accepted.
Receipts will only be issued on request as you should receive an automated confirmation and receipt of your booking
Joining instructions will be issued only to delegates in advance where payment has been received to confirm their registration.
Limited live places are are available at present for the event - if changes to current restrictions allow, we will open up additional live attendance options.
Please carefully consider your booking options before deciding to confirm your registration.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the event that the National Acute Pain Symposium has to cancel the event, delegates will offered a full refund for their registration.
If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to email@example.com
A refund of 85% will be given for cancellations received on or before 1 June 2021
A refund of 50% will be given for cancellations received on or before 1 July 2021
A refund of 25% will be given for cancellations received on or before 1 August 2021
No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the event, nor failure to attend
If you have booked to attend live and are required to self isolate, which means you can no longer attend, we will transfer your booking to a virtual registration and refund 50% of the difference in the booking.
Force Majeure : Cloud 9 Event Management Ltd, who operate the National Acute Pain Symposium, shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
Registration Options for 2021
All live bookings, which are limited, include all refreshments and lunch. Delegates who opt for a two day all inclusive package, can also enjoy onsite accommodation on day one of the event, dinner and breakfst on day two.
Virtual delegates will have access to a help line to assist with any access issues during the event.
