This postcode will direct you to Gibbet Hill Road, the main road through the University. Follow signs for Lakeside Village, you’ll then find signposts for Radcliffe and Scarman.


Conference Park - CV4 7AL

This postcode will direct you to Gibbet Hill Road, the main road through the University. Conference Park is located on central campus, which is signposted off Gibbet Hill Road.

Accommodation

Delegates will either be allocated accommodation in The Radcliffe or Scarman Buildings, both a short walk to The Slate, where the symposium is being held.

Dietary & Dining

Please ensure you notify naps@cloud9em.co.uk in advance of any specific dietary issues.

Dinner is included within the All Inclusive Option on the Thursday night within The Slate.

Payment Options

Whilst we encourage the majority of delegates to pay online, we do recognise that funding may make this difficult for some delegates. If you want to pay offline, please email naps@cloud9em.co.uk with your booking prefernce and a relevant order or PO number. We are unble to issues invoices without this information.

Travel by Car

The venue is easily accessible from many major routes: M1, M6, M5, M42, A5 and A14 and there is ample free parking on site.

Travel by Rail

Coventry city centre and rail station. Taxis are freely available at the bus terminal. Travel by trainCoventry is on the West Coast Mainline and serviced by regular trains, 7 days a week
